Lastly you really need to be an expert in proper MLS input, professional photography, setting your asking price with a selling strategy, home inspections, title companies - lawyers, lenders, contracts, negotiations, any repairs, and managing the other side.
There really is alot to manage if your doing it right, and looking out for your best interest.
